FreeOffice

Det står att man ska få en aktiveringslänk när man hämtar FreeOffice. Men när jag trycker på Hämta så kommer jag till nedladdningssidan och och där laddas installationsfilen ner. Jag behöver inte ange någon epostadress. Är programpaketet inte fullständigt installerat. Det verkar i alla fall som det fungerar att skapa dokument.

Såg att jag redan fått svar på denna fråga. Men i licensavtalet på FreeOffice hemsida står att man endast kan använda produkten på 3 datorer per hushåll. Hur kollas det?

Unless modified by a license addendum or supplemental agreement, the following shall be deemed to have been agreed between you and SoftMaker:

YOU MAY:

Install and use one copy of the Software on up to 3 (three) computers that belong to the same family household or on 1 (one) computer that belongs to an organization.
Make a reasonable number of backup copies for archive purposes, as long as the backup copies are not distributed.
Transfer the usage rights in the Software on a permanent basis to another person or entity, provided that you retain no copies of the Software and the transferee agrees to the terms of this agreement.
YOU MAY NOT:

Om jag ska gissa, och jag vill poängtera att det är en gissning, är att programmet skickar någon form av ID-kod i kombination med datorns MAC-adress till företagets servrar. Om samma ID-kod används tillsammans med fler än tre olika MAC-adresser kan deras servrar berätta det för dem. Men det är som sagt en ren spekulation från min sida,
